Service Fees

ideaNFT (NENRIN) is a credit-based idea authentication platform service, and the usage fee in (1) below will be charged according to your usage plan. For details on (2) NENRIN Enterprise Platform Service, please contact us here. Details about (3) NENRIN Marketplace will be posted on the website when the service starts.

Usage Fees (By Credit Number)

  • • 1 credit: 1000 yen (tax included)
  • • 5 credits: 4500 yen (tax included)
  • • 10 credits: 8500 yen (tax included)

Please note that communication fees and other costs incurred for internet communication when using NENRIN are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Information

Payment Method

Payment can only be made by credit card. However, for NENRIN Enterprise and NENRIN Marketplace, payment is made by bank transfer.

Payment Deadline

The usage fee is paid when you purchase credits at the time of registration (or after using free credits if free credits were applied). For credit card payments, the timing of your payment is based on the membership agreement between you and your credit card company.

Service Provision Timing

You can start using the service as soon as the payment procedure is completed.

Refunds and Cancellations

You can request to delete your NENRIN account here. Due to the nature of digital content, returns and refunds are not possible.
